MarketComm Develops Parts Web Site for Thomas Built Buses

CHARLOTTE, NC, April 16, 2001 -- MarketComm recently completed a parts information web site for Thomas Built Buses that enables Thomas dealers to access parts information via the Web.

The site features a web-based administration tool that allows Thomas employees to upload new parts information, edit existing information and remove information on obsolete parts.

Until recently, the company regularly provided dealers with parts manuals compiled on CD-ROM. Updates were time consuming to complete and costly to mail. The new system allows changes to be made easily, ensuring that dealers always have the latest information available from anywhere in the world.
