February Issue of Backpacker Magazine Carries Dixon Article

CHARLOTTE, NC, December 17, 2001 -- The February issue of Backpacker magazine carries an article by MarketComm President Stern Dixon entitled, "Fill ~er Up, But Hold the Gas."

The humorous piece discusses the causes of intestinal gas and how tent campers might alter their diet on the trail to keep intestinal outbursts to a low roar or better.

"This piece was a toot, -- er a hoot, rather -- to do," Dixon said. "Anyone that spends a lot of time outdoors with friends understands the stress on relationships caused by doing what comes naturally. This article was meant to provide help to those who find themselves in close quarters with people who they may be trying to impress."

The article is the second written by Dixon to be published by Backpacker in 2001..
